You’re right ... it’s not legal, it’s political.

That’s why I say we’ll find out if this can really be done, from the outcome of the November elections. If the GOP has the votes in the Senate after the November elections, then it can be done politically.

I fear that the chances of electing enough Republican senators to reach two thirds are remote at best and even if the magic number of Republicans were reached, there is no doubt that many Rinos would turn coat and fail to vote to convict, just as we saw in the impeachment of Clinton.

But I agree with you, we should try to get them in place so they, as well as Obama, can be held to account.
