Where does all the CO2 in volcano eruptions come from?
I was stationed near there decades ago. You used to be able to drive most of the way up, walk the rest to the top crater and look down inside. There was a hotel, restaurant and shops at the upper most parking area...all gone now, I think. I think there was a funicular going up to the top that’s probably gone too. The surrounding area looked like a lunar landscape.
