Clarity obviously isn’t his strong suit-I didn’t see any of his latest speech, and I’m sure I didn’t miss a thing-I can see perfectly well that Iraq is imploding...

I just talked to my contractor compadre, who commented that we are about to see a Saigon repeat in Iraq, helicopters and all-I think he is absolutely right...

A full moon on Friday the 13th. Glad I am not on call tonight. Should be a weird night.

Yep, TEOFWAWKI, or a werewolf festival at the local drive-in. Either one.

Currently raining here. I hope it clears up for the view.

We are hitting periods of very bad torrential rain so it’s been a fairly stressful ride. Plus we were concerned we wouldn’t arrive in time for the rehearsal. Xshub miscued and we left later than we should have. But looks now like we will even have time to go to the hotel and change and put makeup on. Xshub did his standard “we’re never going to make it” bit. I said let’s concentrate on going as fast as we safely can and TRY our best to make it. So we are on track now and thankfully so since we have seen prob 8 cop cars since b’hamton!

I’m going to make sure the gates are both locked tonight-people are prone to wander off the farm road and into the maze of this neighborhood with strange results even when there isn’t a full moon on Friday the 13th-they have even managed to get down to the woods and river a time or two and gotten really lost...

I love broccoli, and it does not bother me, fortunately because it is a staple veggie that grows here easily and with two seasons.

It is partly cloudy here-of it stays that way, all should be fine...

In time for the rehearsal? Yay! Rain, rain, go away. Although it’s supposed to be good luck on a wedding day.
