It was a woman who was offended. And she took down a really good man by all reports except this ONE.
I guarantee you the way this worked was somebody was screwing around and got caught, then tried to deflect blame by bringing up all this history. What the Navy did was take down an exceptional officer and pilot and get to discredit Naval Aviation again on charges that are totally blown out of proportion.
