I know that the Korean actors and actresses go under the knife to look most Western. I am not surprised that Western young people want to look like Koreans, when so many are heavily into the Korean culture through their music and dramas.
BTW, for those who have never watched Korean dramas, the men often are very pretty with big, juicy lips, dye their hair orange, and wear metrosexual clothes.
