Hope the temps are not too hot, your way. I’ve noticed a few leaves are starting to fall.
Was out early this morning, and all of our “woodland” animals were busy and buzzing.
Thank you, Jane. We’ll be high nineties and 100 this week..better than 104 or more like some August days in other years.
I had the yard man out Saturday to tame the area beyond the patio that abuts the steeper drop down to the ravine and woods.. I was worried he would get overheated. It looks so nice now.
I saw one fox in the last few months and not one other critter besides resident squirrels, of course. I used to stay up in the wee hours and feed the raccoons but they started breaking and damaging bird feeders and I stopped.
My latest addition to the mix is a huge yellow and black garden spider with the zig zag in his web...I don’t bother him or her and he doesn’t bother me..LOL.
