I bought a wrecked 65’ Mustang that was smashed in the rear end and paid $400. I found a 66’ Mustang that was wrecked in the front end and paid $90 for it. Leonard Smith in Temple, Oklahoma, put the two good ends together and painted it for $500. I drove it for four years. So it was a 65’-66’.
