Not before they ordered but during the eating the one dude had his feet up in the other dude’s lap. Right then and their they should have been kicked out. However, in the end the owner did the right thing. I just would have kicked them out sooner....I can be a jerk that way though...lol.
The law system has a poor record on these type of cases.
