If I remember correctly from case manager days, getting SSDI limits their other benefits-which is a good thing.
I’m hippie age but I don’t know anybody disabled or not who doesn’t work for money or own a little home-based business-no living on government disability, being a liberal or getting stoned, but this is not really an area that would appeal to anyone who isn’t self sufficient-there isn’t even a supermarket or post office close, never mind a fed trough/office-thank God.
Plenty of otherwise old hippie stuff though-redneck guys with pony tails, bikes, everyone armed, loud rock and roll, natural and co-op/commune living, etc.
I’m sure there are a lot of what you are referring to in the cities, and even burbs though-I’ve met a few there that absolutely sound like those people...
Thank you! And that is a fine castle-I’ll bet being warm in that place back when it was something besides a tourist place was a real chore, even with a roaring fire...
I appreciate the offer, but that was a previous job.
He’s following in my footsteps. I kissed the Blarney stone on my honeymoon.
What’s that a euphemism for? ; )
You have a very understanding wife.....
so, does he get his own car, or will you be home much more than usual?
Our son has his own car. This was our youngest and she is not getting one until she needs one. She still needs a good 40 hours of supervised driving with us before she can solo.
Cooch’s problem wasn’t his conservatism, it was the establishment not willing to invest in getting him elected. That’s their fault entirely. The only reason my state has gone red is from diligent campaigning and the fact that the rest of the state outweighs Nashville and Memphis, which are deep blue in all things.
Ah, that’s what’s up. Sounds like a good plan. I am guessing you will be in the car a lot with her over the summer.
TN has been fairly reliably republican since WW2 other than clintonGore.
No place is as conservative as it once was due to the Dems, who pollute the big cities, then they move on to conquer safer places with their foolish liberal lifestyles. Not only are they no longer safe conservative voting zones, they bring crime with them. Their policies failed in the big cities, but they still cling to them.
