Don't know about the keyboard, but you would be wise to take fish oils, turmeric, and ginger for the inflammation.

Thanks. I have them in a capsules, just need to take them more. Yet some here said fish oil was the problem!

Wanted to let you know after praying and pressing, i bought the keyboard below for $11.00 total, which was a real improvement. The keys are normal height but are spaced further apart, so I am less likely to press the key next to it (which happens because fingers do not lift up easily to hit a different one).

The keys should be softer, but they do have good spring back which some like.
