IMO, the congress is pathetically weak and will not challenge the imposition of martial law (as long as they are protected and their cushy jobs are not directly threatened). The sheeple are downright clueless and are basically sleepwalking through life. The media, academia and the entertainment industry will be cheerleaders for the “restoration of societal order”. A compliant military will follow orders, get with the program and fall in line.
We may be only a few years away from this blatent power grab that will be executed under the guise of “national stability”.
