Reminds me of the actor that played the losing prosecutor to Perry Mason, William Tallman.
In an early role, he played a psychotic hitchhiker. At a stoplight, a guy got out of the car next to him, walked over to Tallman's drop-top, and asked if he was the hitchhiker.
Tallman, smiling, said yes, and got punched in the face.
Tallman took it as a compliment for the realism he brought to the role.
Loved Tallman...he was great...as Hamilton Burger...the Hitchhiker, and everything else I’ve ever seen him in.
I would not take that as a compliment, lol
