I hope your daughter will overcome her problem. Maybe she just needs to get to the point where she’s done being overweight and truly ready to do something about it. It would probably help if her husband could be supportive.
If she could plan her menus, make a grocery list and stick to it when she goes shopping, that could help, IMO. You can’t eat carb-heavy foods if you don’t have them in the house...on the other hand, if they’re in the pantry, you’re tempted.
She either will, or she won’t, and she knows all the stuff she needs to do-she’s probably been on 100 diets in the last couple of years-and if her husband runs out of patience and bails, she can’t come home to mami. She would eat me out of house and home and I can’t afford that-besides, I won’t have any of the crap she likes to eat here, and her dog is neurotic-he’d drive my Husky nuts...
