Congrats - we paid ours off a few years ago and it’s definitely helpful. My car note is up in September and it should add a nice boost for a few years. Careful planning might make it unnecessary to open the Alpo as I join my wife in retirement.
Unfortunately I was being sarcastic about the mortgage. As in moving it off the budget books the way the feds have done with Fannie & Freddie.
