I think SCOTUS established marriage as a “fundamental right” in a case allowing prisoners to marry. But I can’t remember more than that - will have to look it up.
Then the Supreme Court needs to find me a 5 foot Japanese-American with red hair, Nymphomainia, Tawney Kitaen’s body from 1987 and a love of semi-older right wing guys because if they established that I have the right, then they need to ensure I get to exercise that right.
