No. It does not. This is a view Muslims have. It says wives submit to your husbands. It says children obey your parents. Big difference. There IS a hierarchy with men as head of the household and men are to lay down their lives for their wives as Christ did for the Church. Wives are to submit to and respect their husbands. Look it up.

And if someone is going to quote the Old Testament with Sarah and Abraham - remember - the Bible states the truthfulness of many things that happened, right or wrong - but that's different to where it states what God wants or commands.

Ephesians 5.22-24:

"Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let wives be to their own husbands in every thing."
