If you wanted to take Iraq and Afghanistan back to before GW ever went in you would do exactly what zero is doing now. Take out all the troops give the terror types all they need, give them all the ammo and guns and missles they need give em 400 million,all nice little coincidences. Meanwhile Iraq and Afghanistan will go down the tubes and it will be all Bushes fault.
