NUMBER THE STARS

Staring up at the sky
So rich
I realize that something
Starts to glitch
One over here and a
Few over there
There seems to be one
Everywhere
If only I could count them
There would be more than the rocks on Mars
I’d call them something beautiful
Like.. like... Stars!
There’s something about these stars
Why are they up so high in the sky?
For all I know, if they were down low
They would put on a quite big light show
There’s number one and
There’s number two
Wow,There must be
Quite a few!
Three, four, five and six
They all shape into lollipop sticks
Seven, eight, nine and ten
For some reason
I keep on yawning now and then
Eleven, Twelve, thirteen and Fourteen
I’ll restart tomorrow fresh and clean
