Thanks. That was a good article. I spotted the end of the real-estate bubble when I was in the gym and this loud-mouthed certified *sshole said, “I just bought me three houses to flip this morning.” I stopped my workout rushed home and put my house on the market. I sold it for more than twice the purchase price and the bubble was noticeably deflated when we closed. I haven’t invested in tech since sometime in the 90’s. Actually, I think the whole market is a bit inflated. I’m currently looking at moving my 401k into rental property.
