I’m getting my apartment cleaned up and fixed up to bring in a new kitty.

New carpets, new paint, etc. it will be about July, but it’s all free work, so I’m not complaining. Landlord was waiting for the weather to warm up to do it.

I’m hesitant about the landlord putting in new Venetian blinds. The old ones are half off from the cat getting caught in them

Never known anyone to have a Manx kitty. They are tailless, right?

Yes. Sometimes called the “dog cat” because the males can be so dog-like in the way they want to follow you around and be involved in everything that’s going on. Pay close attention and communicate with them early on and and they can learn to be quite talkative too.

We had a manx kitty about once. They are very people like. When my mom was cooking, kitty wanted to be on the counter watching. Had to sleep with the people, sit with the people and when we were in the yard she was right with us. Best personality in the world. And when she got spooked her one tail joint tail did a *poof* thing. LOL.

Oh, a lot of them have lots of toes. Ours almost had ‘toes in the round’ all around her paws she had so many toes.
