Yep. Those are not the actions of a man in fear of his life.
Perhaps not. But they are the actions of man who feels, believes, or is otherwise convinced that the rule of law no longer protects the people for whom it was purportedly designed to to protect, and doe not provide “justice” (whatever that means anymore) on behalf of the victim as well as the community.
