ANAHEIM DUCKS (1) vs DALLAS STARS (4)
SAN JOSE SHARKS (2) vs LOS ANGELES KINGS (3)
Stars up 4-2 on Anaheim, 3rd period, haven’t been able to see any action tonight except that overtime game with the Penguins/Bluejackets.
The Boys in Victory Green tie it up at 2!
Best of 3 series now.
Starting to feel a lot like the late 90s again here in Dallas.
The Stars are getting everything in place to make a serious run for The Cup for the foreseeable future.
(Better late than never - I’m a little under the weather)
Columbus - 4 Pittsburgh - 3 (OT)
Series tied 2-2
Dallas - 4 Anaheim - 2
Series tied 2-2
Chicago - 4 St. Louis - 3 (OT)
Series tied 2-2
Boston @ Detroit 8 PM
Boston leads series 2-1
Colorado @ Minnesota - 9:30 PM
Colorado leads series 2-1
San Jose @ Los Angeles - 10:30 PM
San Jose leads series 3-0
Another game and Crosby still score less it’s driving me nuts.
I almost broke my TV throwing something after the Blues tied it with 6 seconds left. It is not an 18 minute period boys...... However they did rally and were relentless going after it after they were down 3-2. Kane is finding another gear. Sharp needs to wake up Coach Q needs to ease off the line tinkering for a bit
But it happens, it happens a lot.
I was just reading the power rankings previous to the end of the season and found this (disclaimer, power rankings mean nothing but about 6 different sports sites make such rankings nonetheless, interesting to look at now and then).
If the Jackets can't hold on to their playoff spot -- they have four games in five days this week -- they'll look back at the loss to Chicago on Friday in the final seconds.
So, I don't know if it happens to everyone but it happens.

I’m taking the allergy meds earlier today if needed. They knocked me out last night and I missed most of the games. Thanks for keeping the thread updated.
Blues G Ryan Miller reaches back to prevent a deflection from crossing the goal line, then T.J. Oshie sprawls to score past the Hawks'
G Crawford in the 2nd Period to tie Game 5 in St. Louis. A late goal in the stanza by Chicago has them in the lead 2-1 at Intermission.
In case people miss it, this Dallas at Anaheim has way more than its share of fighting. Anaheim has broken this game open with 2 goals in the 3rd period making it 5-2. So likely they will lead 3 games to 2 but Stars fans shouldn’t throw in the towel yet. Plenty of teams have come back to win series down 3 games to 2.
How about some pictures of the fights? Or does NHL.com not do that.

That bouncing puck on Oshie with a yawning wide-open net in the 3rd period will come to haunt the Blues.
Tough break on Toews’ OT winner, but shootout-meister Miller has to stop that...
Yeah. Benn is a beast. Looking forward to meeting Stars again (ideally, in Round 2). Go Sharks!
They’d better play better than they did last night.
Boston's Loui Eriksson opens the scoring in Game 5 in Beantown, sliding a backhand past Redwings' G Jimmy Howard
to give the hometeam a 1-0 lead at the 1st Intermission over Detroit. With a win, the Bruins take the Series & move on to Round 2.
Oops, that’s Gustavsson in goal for DET, not Howard ;-P
