Exactly, forthright communication would have prevented the entire debacle.

However, I am not aware of any laws that actually prescribe or prohibit which side of the road you can walk on, although I suppose he could cite her for creating a traffic hazard.

Cops of all kinds and at all levels have set themselves apart from the ordinary citizen. Particularly at this time in the USA newbe cops of all persuasions, bottom to top, have been allowed to act as if the USA were their own land to control. The actions at the Vet memorials and now in Nevada should be an alert about the ‘kings’ new empire. Ive had my own situation with the newbe attitude as to target practice with a new pellet rifle.
