Of course, it’s staged. For starters, you can’t get light and stop action like that from a home interior shot without off camera strobes and light modifiers. There’s probably at least three of those set up just outside of the frame.
...and the egg was ‘shopped in, no doubt. Nobody can flip an egg like that. They didn’t fix the faux look of amazement on the little girl’s face and she’s looking at the wrong object.
