Wow! That is impressive that Johnny Football earned a degree from A&M in just two years.

He redshirted as a freshman, so while a junior academically or chronologically, it is only athletically that he is/was a sophomore. Also, based on an earlier post he began attending during the Spring Semester so he was ahead by a Semester anyway.
Finally, the way I read the posts is he's close to his degree, not finished. I doubt he's done much class work this Spring Semester as preparations for the Combine and the School's/Player's Pro-Day seem to have become a full-time pastime.

Also, I don't think you have to graduate to get an Aggie Ring.

You don’t need to graduate to get a ring. You need 90 hours. He was a redshirt freshman, and he graduated high school in December so he could go to A&M in the soring. He needs 20 more hours to graduate which he says he will complete.
