According to the researcher, Mark Biltz, it matters most if the blood Moons happen on the Jewish holidays. There have been tetrads that did not land on the Jewish holidays and nothing happened in history of importance.

Given the Jewish calendar, how would it be possible for these ‘tetrads’ to NOT fall on Jewish holidays?

I think the pastor has astrology confused with Christianity. Then so does the Divine Author of the Bible. Numerous passages reference events in the heavens, and not necessarily astronomical ones.

The three major Jewish holidays don’t happen every month of the 12/13 month Jewish calendar. Those three holidays happen during the month of Nisan (Passover), Tishrei (New Year/Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot), Sivan (Shavuot).
Take a little time to familiarize yourself with the Hebrew/lunar calendar.
You are aware that there are periods of hundreds of years that they don’t occur at all? Did you know that this particular lunar tetrad is the only one to occur during the 21st century? Did you know there have only been 142 of them over the past 5,000 years? Pretty rare, eh?

I’m unfamiliar with any biblical prophets that relied on astronomical interpretation.
The heavenly signs that I can think of were in the same category as the burning bush, not omens of doom. Have I forgotten something?

Evidence.
In case you don’t know, a NASA guy came up with the 4 blood moons’ theory.

"Pastor Hagee: Blood moons point to 'world-shaking event'"Well, we have the war in Israel and the rise of ISIS.
- The four blood moons span April 2014 thru October 2015.
- On July 8, 2014, Israel launched Operation Protective Edge.
- ISIS started getting headlines in early June 2014 and declared itself a caliphate on June 29, 2014.
The Ukrainian conflict with Russia began before the blood moons on March 1, 2014, when exiled Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych requested that Russia use military force to intervene.
