Putting together a competent staff larger than two or three quickly becomes problematic.

In all seriousness it's more like 10000x. 10x is more like novice programmer over clueless newbie...

It’s pretty much a solitary endeavor contrary to Popular Wisdom. Makes a rubics cuble look pretty simple sometimes.
