That would be major conclusion to jump to as there is a chance this attack was terrorism related or related to area gang activity.
It could simply be some kid who is off his meds and had an unfortunate meltdown or some thug who just wanted to hurt a bunch of people.

I agree with the person being off their meds as a good possibility. Daily mail had a picture of a "suspect" who appeared to be late teens/20s white mail earlier today.
