Does the concurrence with Jewish holidays count if you can't see the eclipse from Israel? The first three of the four can't be seen from there and the last on 9/28/2015 occurs right around moonset/sunrise there.

They don’t show up over Israel but if you take the shadows from all four it covers the entire Earth.
