I watched a show about Pompeii and they showed garbage bag after bag of what they found where poop had been collected under the living areas before the volcano erupted. They could tell what they ate and that there was no difference between the wealthy and poor diets.

Thats sure not the case in 2014.

although the prices have skyrocketed....the foods not likely as nutriitous as it was in those days of old..when we didnt sap the soil of its nutrients by farming it year in an year out forever...

I get the sense that todays poop is even of lower quality
