I have a hazy memory of a proposed sports facility from a few years ago where a group of women claimed the bathrooms were sexist. The reason is that women take longer...and thus there should be more choices for them than men. It was a very important moment in US history. (the last line is sarcasm).

Yep. I think states have an option to not take back the money that was stolen from them by disavowing the Dept of Ed. What state would ever do that? Democrats would own them. It would be a PR nightmare. Thanks, government schools!
