thank you. it’s hard for me to concentrate with being in the hole that i am in and not being able to find employment and all that comes with being employed (as being able to pay bills, take my kids out to a restaurant, go hiking because then i could afford the gas, a car, etc.).
I would love to have a ‘vacation’ by being able to be drawn into a book.

Sorry to hear of your work situation, I hope you find something suitable. Reading either book will take you into another world. Not a pretty one. I need to get ahold of “Gulag”.
