Here we go...
Oh, goody. I’m in the Ft. Worth area.
The jet-stream is moving to it’s summer position (finally) and it’s pulling that gulf air up with it.
The Day 5 HWO covers parts of 5 states right now. It bears watching to see how more data refines the projections. I’m a Skywarn spotter and a Net Control Operator for the amateur radio spotter network in NE OK. It’s been a quiet early spring around here but it was due to start.
Yep, it’s April.
Prayers for all to be safe during this time of an increase in violent storms. Gentle rain prayed for only.
We need the rain in a bad way...but I don’t want anybody to have severe weather. Mother Nature is a fearsome thing.
Lost my 86 yo Gummy Bess (Grandma) in this one 40 years ago this week....

“The Super Outbreak of April 3-4, 1974 occurred across portions of the Midwest, Lower Mississippi Valley, and Southeast. In what was the worst tornado outbreak of the 20th century, there were 148 tornadoes over the course of just 18 hours, over half of which were classified as significant/strong at F2 strength or higher.”
