The big problem is no accountability. Supervisors don’t know how or are afraid to supervise.

So they need supervisors who need supervisors. When i worked at a family run dairy we overall operated with little oversight, though only the 2 bosses were family. Thus we were more competitive with better quality than price. (But ice cream melts and souls live forever).

They hired a couple new ones who is turned out were doing a side business. Mngt suspected it due to shrinkage #'s and the old man caught them. But trust is precious and one thief hurts that.
