Obviously the woman you are defending doesn’t. In many states you get ticketed if you are in the left lane impeding traffic.


You are claiming someone going over the speed limit will get ticketed for going too slow?

It’s also illegal to tailgate.

This tailgater simply doesn’t know how to drive or take responsibility for himself.

This law, I have no idea what State it is in, seems ludicrous. If the driver in front can move to the right, then the speeder - emphasis on speeding , driving unsafely and breaking the law — can pass on the right.

That is the safest thing to do.

You as a driver take control of the situation and plan out your moves and don’t depend on other drivers to make your way for you.

Under those conditions, here in CO you get ticketed for not moving to the right.

Are you nuts? Passing on the right is dangerous.

If you truly drive as you are inferring from your posts, you should seriously consider taking your travel on back roads, you are a real danger to others on multilane roads.

Yes its illegal to impede traffic. Going slower then the flow of traffic causes accidents.
