Yes, the toolbar just plain disappeared. But the right-click function no longer works on any web page. Right-click still works on the desktop, so I know it’s not a mouse problem.

Try putting the mouse cursor over that spot and hitting F10. It’s a long shot...

Don’t right click the Web page ... right click up in the gray area where the menus were.
