BTW, how does this kind of deployment square with the War Powers Act/?
Not that Hussein cares about the rule of law....

In 2011 Congress overwhelmingly approved the use of force in the hunt for Kony. We’ve had 100 special forces “advisers” operating in Central African Republic (CAR), Uganda, South Sudan and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) ever since.

The LRA are operating in one of the least hospitable and least accessible areas in the world, moving back and forth between four countries, two of which are in the throes of civil war. They are being supported by the government of Sudan who uses them to stir up trouble for the neighbors.

We shouldn’t be anywhere near that situation.

On paper, Kony is being accused of the very same things Muslims have been doing in other countries lately. Heck they even take it one step farther and burn down churches and behead people. Why no troops deployed there, Mr. President?

The War Powers Act itself is unconstitutional nonsense.

It is a direct assault on the separation of powers.
