“technically” it’s a water displacement tool.
Only thing to have for spraying inside a distributor cap when you hit too big a puddle and flood the ignition out.

Gapping points with a matchbook cover, sanding-off distributor cap points... until you could afford to get new ones, the old ones were made to last a while.
