I'm posting this as it's interesting, under Chat. I came across it totally by accident.

That’s in around 3500 feet of water and I’m not sure you would get any measurable seismic readings from a surface impact.

So if a scalar weapon in low earth orbit vaporized the plane, would it also fire past it’s target and penetrate the sea floor?
