There are three possible scenarios..because the plane did NOT crash..no one flies a plane deliberately at 5,000 feet trying to be undetectable to radar for NO reason..so its three choices..either the plane was taken for the plane itself, the plane was hijacked because they wanted someone ON the plane, or the plane was hijacked for the contents of the cargo hold..that would be the least of the theories that makes sense since really, what could be so important in the cargo hold that it would be worth all of this

Search Google for "gold in cargo hold". LOL It never stops. My theory suggests the pilot stole the aircraft under duress because he was blackmailed/coerced into doing so by the kidnappers of his wife and kids.

His wife and kids 'moving out' one day prior is a big clue, no?

***There are three possible scenarios..because the plane did NOT crash...***

Indeed. No evidence yet of a crash or soft landing. Nothing to confirm what sequence of events was set in motion - or why. All the ‘evidence’ so far is data - i.e. speed, time in the air, altitude, pings, dysfunctions and one last voice contact.

While this incident has the appearance of a deliberate act of malfeasance - what if it was a collection of stupid mistakes by the captain and his rookie co-pilot??? Some clumsy behavior in the cockpit that caused some mishandling of the equipment - misunderstanding of instructions etc., subsequent corrective panic and actions that failed????

I think there was a multi-hour epic battle between the hijacker-pilot, and the rest of the passengers and crew. The pilot either locked out the other pilot or incapacitated him in the cockpit, and turned off the commo and turned the plane. The passengers included a flight engineer, and possibly the other pilot, if locked out of the cockpit. They could access the service bay through the trap door behind the cockpit door, and begin flipping breakers and pulling out plugs, in an attempt to prevent the hijacker-pilot from flying to his destination or target.

I imagine they were screaming at him through the door and over the intercom, “What are you doing, in Allah’s name stop this madness!”

If they heard back, “Allahu Akbar! I will burn the infidels!” etc, then the situation would have been very clear.

It might have begun as a one-pilot hijacking, then moved to a battle to neutralize the pilot’s ability to fly, one system at a time. If the pax thought they were doomed anyway, it might have ended up as a “Flight 92” situation. If the target was, say, the Petronus Towers, they would have been heroes, and we may never know.

But Occam’s Razor says one crazy jihad pilot on a suicide mission is much more likely than a conspiracy with a hijack team on board, flying to a waiting landing field, with a hangar, fuel trucks etc.

Occam’s Razor. Like Egypt Air, but more of a plan than just diving into the ocean.

Egypt Air meets Flight 92.

As to cargo, I was on Sorcha Faal the other day, (and I know its chock full of hooey) but they posited that some American biological materials being flown to some location and guarded by two Navy Seals, is missing and both Navy Seals have turned up dead. No doubt phoney baloney, because cargo of that type would be on a military plane I figure, but that was the cargo possibly in that plane that the “bad guys” wanted. There’s a theory out there for anything we can dream up. The most precious cargo is the lives of those passengers, still unaccounted for.
