Most cars do not run stop signs. Some may do a rolling stop. OTOH, I see bikes ‘fly’ through stop signs often forcing cars to take braking action to avoid them.
What i meant was “most cars that RUN stop signs”. Meaning that of the number of cars that run stop signs, most of them do so because the driver believes it is safe to do so.
Most people don’t run them, and a few that do run them do so because they don’t see them/are not paying attention, or because they are idiots.
