Hmmm. Nah, there are no national implications here...This was no referendum on ObamaCare, the left's explosion of the size of gov't, etc.
Dems and MSM on television talking to voters: "These are not the droids you are looking for. Move along, move along."
Yep.
Democrats Florida Freak Out

Yes, Sink did win the district.
Yes, Obama did win the district.
But the margin in all three elections was not substantial.
Florida’s 13th District is purple.
double yes
An if you are even a little bit liberal Jolly is an unattractive candidate.
Alex Sink electability is down the drain.
It is not that Alex Sink lacked for name recognition in the 13th District.
In fact, they may have recognized her all too well, considering her role in the risky investment scheme Florida went through a few years back, which also included Charlie Crist as governor, and while Alex Sink was the Chief Financial Officer of Florida.
One of Sink’s biggest crises involved the meltdown of a local government pool, a sort of money-market fund whose investors are cities, counties and school districts. The fund, set up as a low-risk nest egg for local governments’ money, was besieged by withdrawals in 2007 after a series of risky investments led to a raid on the fund, which hastened the resignation of Coleman Stipanovich, chief of the state pension fund.
Some liberals are scared. Chris Mathews thinks Dems could lose 10 Senate seats. If that happens, the GOP would have a comfortable margin there. And assuming they hold the House, Obama will have a tough final two years in office.
Just wait until the GOPe runs Rick Baker to primary Jolly in Nov...
District in Florida was about amnesty and Obamacare and see 2 page article below.

Ronan Farrow also won that district.
Rick Baker is another RINO, just like Jolly. Jolly is more to the right of Baker.

I know.... That’s why I think the GOPe will try and primary Jolly in Nov....
In their minds the seat is a lock with Baker, Jolly could lose in a general election in Nov. which has a much larger turnout....
If there was a higher turnout with the special election, it would have been much closer, even losing...
