I prefer to never fly, ever.

I gather that you somehow have to fly. That's a shame, if so. I took my last flight in October 2000. Never again. For one thing, I will not be insulted by the TSA monkeys.

I used to fly all the time and enjoyed it. After 9/11 I flew about 5 times after that up to about 2004. I have not since and will not again for various reasons. I left a job that wanted me to travel to their India office.

I now carry everywhere I go, I don’t want to be molested by TSA, I don’t like the flying public compared to years ago, and I don’t think the new aged pilots as a whole are as good as the Vietnam era pilots who could actually fly the plane that have retired (not to mention all the foreign ones).
