How low would the plane have to be flying for any dumped fuel to make it to the surface instead of evaporating?
All depends.
Amount of fuel dumped. Altitude. Wind.
We all have things floating down upon us everyday but don’t know it.
It would have to be very low.
Probably under 2000 feet.
