I've seen hundreds of rounds of .223 at Academy Sports and Wally World. The problem is that I don't own anything in .223, nor will I.
7.62 x 54R seems to be appearing on the shelves more often, but .22lr and even .17HMR are almost non-existent. I'd really like a small varmint calibre weapon to augment the collection.

Tons of .223, lots of .40, plenty of .380. Even 9mm has been gettable throughout this, if you’re willing to wait in line for it.
I literally have not seen a single box of .22LR available for purchase in 18 months. Besides Gunbroker.com and some match-grade and tracer rounds on CTD.
