Seriously, I kid, but I will heed your advice. I used what was readily available to me at the time. I was unable to get to a doctor without an Amber Lamps. So I made do with what I had. I got lucky. I get that.

You brought up some great points about health Laz. I am reminded of how blessed we all are to have each other for this day and to have our health and our life that can be taken at any minute. I am a bit sensitive on all that you brought up today as I have been sick for a month and a half and I am usually Wonder woman of health and achieving. Yesterday they ended up shooting a steroid in one bun and an antibiotic in another and I am on 10 days of antibiotics and some cough thing for five.

I have been eating well, doing all that is required but nothing shook this. Thus I feel sometimes one just has to bow down to the medical wisdom to live and thrive. We'll be better soon;).
