Excellent. I’m waiting for my rotator cuff to heal so I can throw a football. I have no idea what I did to cause the pain and immobility.

my standard 2 cents... inflammation caused by immune system working overtime caused by gut flora out of balance caused by perhaps antibiotics. Always load up on probiotics for a while after taking antibiotics. But avoid the ones from big name companies, check out their ingredients, nasty stuff. Best probiotics, IMHO, plain, natural yogurt.
or, check for lyme disease. Nasty joint symptoms if left untreated.

I had my arm out the window of my car. When the auto lock function kicked in it pinched the bottom of my arm and I jerked my are up. Felt a twink in my shoulder. Since then, when I flex my shoulder muscles, a deep pain builds and becomes real bad. It's deep in my shoulder and lasts for about ten to twenty seconds. At least I think it's a rotator cuff injury.
