My stepson had a Filipina psychic scammer after him for several years, a few years back, when he was in USMC. She WAS nuts. And seemed like her only goal was to try to find an American to “save” her and marry her, get her to the USA.

I’ll have to say that’s been my experience, though fortunately it’s been an indirect experience via people I know who’ve become involved with these women.

lafroste, I strongly suggest you follow the Navy's advice. This is a time honored cultural thing in the Islands. I know a guy that brings them in under the agreements mentioned above. Teaches them what they do not already know about every honey pot scam in the book. Oh and that hot compliant, sweet, amazing woman can turn on you in a second and cut you faster than a speeding bullet.

If you choose to ignore this advice be very careful.
