Hey man,

Everyone thinks what they think, you know. I think Palin is a good woman. I do not regret my vote for her at all.

However I do not think that she has not positioned herself to really be a factor any longer, at least not on a national election stage. I could be wrong about that, but I think I’m right.

I’ve gotten plenty of flak for thinking that, and plenty of flak for other things I think, believe me.

But I’ma put it out there. I don’t care what people say. I see things how I see them, and certainly I’m not always right, but I am just a simple man trying to make sense of an insane world that I live in, so you know, sometimes me and others butt heads.

That’s just how it goes.

She has both been marginalized and ALLOWED herself to become marginalized. She had an opportunity to be far more important than she is...that said, I am glad I voted for her as well (because I certainly had no intention of voting for that McLame fellow)...

You're not alone. I think Palin is a lot more interested in cheerleading from the sidelines than getting roughed up in the game. Not that I mind a good cheerleader ... But we need more than second-guessers. We need warriors who will carry the fight to the enemy. I don't think Palin has it in her.

But I'm not going to opus because of it.

Good post. Add me to the way you expressed yourself. I too learned long ago not to worry what others around here think of me. No matter what one opines there will always be somebody who will take issue with the opinion so just don’t let them get get under my skin any at all. I can take it as well as I can give it. Have to around here.
