IOW, the BIAS that there was JUST ONE ingress and that it was OVERLAND and never complicated by ANY arrival BY SEA, doesn't fit the results of the genetic studies, so this KLUDGE had to be arrived at, and now there will be "confirmation" by "peer-reviewed" study after study. It's bullsh!t.

This would seem to be a very reasonable hypothesis. Backing it up will have its difficulties. Several now underwater regions must hold real surprises, ie. Southeast Asia/Indonesia, the English Channel, the Black Sea, and the Persian Sea to name a few.
